In 1915 a group of businessmen in the inner city of Detroit, Michigan decided to form a service organization. They chose the name Kiwanis. Since that time the Kiwanis organization has grown to over 600,000 members in 94 countries worldwide.
The Kiwanis organization is made up of community minded citizens who are willing to help with children's causes and needs.
If you are looking for a way to provide service and give back to your community; if you have an interest in the well being of the children of your community; we encourage you to consider becoming involved and joining the third largest service organization in the world, Kiwanis International.
